Physical Therapy Marketer – Home Health & Orthopedic Referrals (DFW Market)

Are you a driven, well-connected marketer in the home health space with a strong network in orthopedic referrals? Do you want to be part of a rapidly growing healthcare startup that’s transforming how hospitals and home health agencies collaborate? If so, we want to talk to you.

Who We Are:

Resilient Healthcare is a fast-growing healthcare technology and services company, revolutionizing the way hospitals, outpatient providers, and home health agencies coordinate patient care. We specialize in hospital outpatient therapy at home and acute care at home, ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home while improving patient outcomes.  We are not a Home Health Agency, but rather manage programs for our hospital partners.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Marketer with experience in home health offerings, particularly orthopedic referrals, to expand our network and drive patient volume in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You will work closely with hospitals, surgeons, and outpatient clinics to educate them on our home-based PT solutions, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, cost-effective care outside of the hospital setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan focused on orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and outpatient PT clinics.
• Build relationships with referring providers, discharge planners, and case managers to increase referrals for at-home PT services.
• Educate healthcare professionals on how our technology and care model enhance patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
• Work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process.
• Track and analyze referral trends and market data to drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in home health marketing, particularly with orthopedic referrals.
• Strong relationships with DFW-area orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and outpatient clinics.
• Ability to build and maintain trust with providers and case managers.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Passion for improving patient care and driving healthcare innovation.

Why Join Us?

• Competitive salary + performance incentives.
• Healthy stock options in a high-growth startup shaping the future of home-based care.
• Opportunity to be at the forefront of disrupting traditional healthcare delivery.
• Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on scaling innovation nationwide.
If you’re ready to make a real impact in healthcare while growing with a company that values innovation and rewards success, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us reshape the future of outpatient therapy at home!

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
